How can I track my order?

Immediately, when your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS and an email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your Airway Bill Number which will be a string of numbers e.g. 3992789xxx. This shipment number can be used to track your shipment across Aramex.

Visit and enter your (awb) in the box. You can use this method to track multiple shipments as well.


How can I return an item?

At 1Zillion, We’re so delighted to offer our customers in Saudi Arabia “Free & Easy Returns”. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, you can easily return the product within 14 Calendar Days from the Delivery Date.


We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought & We are always here to help you out.


The customer has the ability to return any item within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, by creating a return request from his/her account on our Website:

  1. Our Team at 1Zillion will create a new tracking number for the return request, and send it directly to the customer.
  2. Aramex will arrange with the customer, on getting the product/ products which the customer wants to return.
  3. The Customer should pay the return fees 19 SAR, and it will be deducted from store credit added to his account on our website.
  4. 1Zillion will refund the amount to the customer account as Store Credit, immediately upon receiving the returned product/ products to our warehouse. This process takes 3-5 working days, for all Payment Methods (Prepaid/ Cash on Delivery).
  5. If the Customer asked for a Credit Card Refund (in Prepaid Payments Case). Then, we will immediately open a ticket request, & escalate it to the specialized department. The Transfer process takes up to 7-10 working days according to the Customer’s Bank Policy.


1Zillion will take responsibility for all return fees, in the following cases:

  • If the customer received a different product, that doesn’t match the product visible on our website.
  • If the customer received a faulty product or any Defect in Manufacturing.
  • If the customer received a different size from the size that she/he has ordered.


Our Return policy is available on all products of 1Zillion, except In the following Terms and conditions:

  • The Customer must return the products in the same state of receiving,  and it must be unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Some items are non-returnable due to product limitations and hygienic reasons such as:
  1. Electronics 
  2. Swimwear, Underwear & Lingerie
  3. Perfumes
  4. Makeup

How can I get a refund and get my money back?

For all payment methods, Refund will be added as Store Credit to your account within 48-72 hours. 

In the case of “Cash On Delivery”, we will refund the amount paid as Store Credit to the Customer’s Account on 1Zillion, within 48-72 hours. So, the customer can enjoy purchasing other orders from our website.

Also in the case of “Prepaid Payments”, we will refund the amount paid as Store Credit to the Customer’s Account on 1Zillion, within 48-72 hours. So, the customer can enjoy purchasing other orders from our website.

And if the Customer asked for a Credit Card Refund, in “Prepaid Payments” Credit Card, Sadad and Mada. Then, you have to create a return request & we will create a ticket immediately to the specialized department and that might take up to (7-10) working days depending on your Bank’s Policy.

My credit card payment has been rejected. What should I do?

At 1Zillion, We only accept 3D secure cards to process your payment to keep your payment secured. Make sure you complete the 3D authentication in your card. If you are facing any problems with the 3D Secure process, please contact your bank immediately.

  • Make sure you entered the Card information correctly (Card number, Name, Expire Date & CVV Code).
  • Make sure your card is enabled for online shopping.


When will I get my order?

Orders are delivered to our customers within (5-7) working days. Aramex will directly contact our customer to arrange for the best delivery date & time, and confirm on customer’s delivery address. “Minor Delays might occur due to natural catastrophes or climate disorders”.


Where do you deliver to?

You will be glad to know we deliver anywhere in the KSA. Some areas take longer than others and that depends on the courier company “Aramex”.
